RENTAL POLICIES

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Valid credit or debit card required
• Tow vehicle must be equipped with a proper hitch and electrical connection
• Active vehicle insurance
   

Security Deposit

 A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be refunded once the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented. 

Trailer rentals are charged on a daily basis unless otherwise agreed upon. The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time.

Late Returns

Trailers returned late may be subject to additional daily rental charges. 

Damage Responsibility

The renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, including tires, lights, ramps, and structural damage. 

Cleaning

Trailers should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mud, debris, or trash may result in a cleaning fee. 

Cancellation

Rental cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to pickup time to avoid charges.
